We're proud to announce that the Australian College of Pioneers (ACP), in collaboration with Boating Careers and the Boating Industry Association of Victoria (BIAV), is now offering Australia’s first and only CRICOS-approved Certificate IV in Boating Services (MEM40222) to international students. This groundbreaking qualification is tailored for students who are ready to dive into the hands-on world of boating, marine maintenance, and vessel servicing. It's a major step forward in addressing the growing demand for skilled talent in the marine industry.

This program has been developed in close partnership with the marine sector to ensure students:

  • Build practical skills across 26 units of competency
  • Learn marine safety, maintenance, and environmental practices
  • Participate in 560 hours of work-based learning*
  • Study face-to-face in Melbourne with qualified industry trainers

Who Should Apply?

This course is designed for international students who:

  • Are aged 18 or older
  • Have completed Year 12 or equivalent
  • Meet the English language requirements (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)
  • Want to build practical skills for marine and boating-related work
